Fair Work suggests air traffic controllers can join the TWU

Having found Airservices’ work is closely aligned with aviation transport, president of the Fair Work Commission Justice Adam Hatcher determined on Friday that its workers are eligible and have the right to join the nearly 60,000 other members of the TWU.
