Avio Network to acquire Jat Tehnika

NEWS FLASHBelgrade-based company Avio Network, owned by Slovenian national Aleš Luci, has signed an agreement to acquire Jat Tehnika, the TangoSix portal has reported. It comes as its current owner, Avia Prime, divests from businesses in the region.
