UPS MD-11 Crashes Near Louisville Airport

On November 4, 2025, a UPS McDonnell Douglas MD-11 cargo aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff from Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville, Kentucky.  The MD-11 with registered N259UP, was operating UPS Flight 2976 to Honolulu, Hawaii, when the accident occurred.
